In all seriousness, idk how I missed this thread. Trying alyce clover and joint vetch for the first time this year. Hoping they'll do good in my sandy soil. After reading yall's posts of joint vetch liking wetter soils, I have my doubts of it thriving through the drought months we have.
Is the deer vetch supposta get this tall? Maybe it needs mowed. I'm not even sure if it's the right stuff but its about 6 foot tall. There are some deer eating it but they're notView attachment 66683 not mowing it down.

That sucks, I've bought it from two different sources online. I'm not possitive but I think I remember Hancock supply or something like that. The deer never seemed too interesed in it. I do appreciate the info. Is there a supplier you can recommend.
