Day two of WI deer season; 8*f, sat in new box blind in corner where the creek meets the river. No action yesterday or early today. Was contemplating getting out or taking a nap when antlers appear in the brush 30yds out. Got the window open and he’s looking at the blind 15yds out. Single .270 to the heart, 20yds and he was done. Got the buck over the creek and into the truck. Never seen this buck before in person or camera. Going to guess his age at 3.5, inside spread of 17”. Luck is everything! Good luck to those still out.
