Had a really good night at the banquet last night. I won a H & R 12 ga auto turkey gun and my son won a Browning X-bolt hunter in 300 win mag.

Nice! I know guys who spend upwards of $500 on every banquet they attend and have never won a high ticket item like a gun or bow, maybe some $500 wildlife print that you can't resell for $100, but not guns. 3 years ago I won an 870 Wingmaster, but I traded it back for my daughters deer rifle, as I already had enough shotguns.

My son has been on an unbelievable streak. He has been attending banquet for 10 years and has 2 scoped 17 hmr's, 870 wingmaster, Winchester pump shotgun, 300 short win mag Kimber, TC muzzle loader and now the Browning.

My son has the same kind of luck! I think he has won 4 guns and he is only 15. I have never won a gun!
