Nope, my cousin got one with a snare the first year they opened hunting in MN. It's one of the best ways to get them.

There is a thead most years on bowsite about trapping. It is started by an Alaskan guide who runs traps and predator hunts with clients. Most of their wolves are taken by snares.

Imo all the talk of sss will never add up to much. Most hunters are law abiding. This will take the legal beagles to get this properly overturned.

I think you are correct. Cattlemen will take action and I will bet that many local wardens will go along with Don't Show and Don't Tell.

Congress made a bill to remove rocky mountain wolves from endangered list. They could do the same for the great lake states.
