there are some significant changes coming regarding camera options and abilities , once those are all complete and the new firmware is ready a new app will launch that will match camp but that wont be until 2025 .

we tested several 128 gb cards this week in L cameras at the office and they all worked, id like to see a pic of the cards any of you tried that wont work - we are trying to find where the issue is.Cuddeback really needs to adjust this. It’s simply not true. I forgot how frustrating it can be to find an SD card to pair with my new cameras…

I'd like to see your app have a "picture viewer" role. I have a feeling your email feature might go away, likely due to cost, or SPAM filtering out of your control. All of our camp members get the pics via email, but I don't want 10 users with admin rights in the app, goofing up camera settings.

Here is a screenshot of the exact ones. It was last summer when I set them up. I was exactly 50% success. All purchased at the same time. Hit or miss I guess.

I have a Stealth Cam I got for free so I set it up. About the only thing I like about it was the ability to go in and tell the camera to send you an HD image if you wanted one. Like Cuddelink, it sends you a thumbnail image and I could click a particular picture and the next time it communicated it would download the HD version. That would be nice to do while still being able to stay out of the area. Thoughts? Possible?

I asked this a few weeks ago. John said it would be pretty hard to do and could severely affect battery life.
It seems that when I bought a set of 64g cards they all came with NTSF formatting.

its being worked on , its not a huge challenge when dealing with a stand alone cell but is a much bigger challenge when trying to do it via RF ( as in remote to home ) it will likely happen in the future but its a ways out.. If and when it does happen , it will slow down your network since it takes much , much, longer to send a large file via RF than it does a thumbnail.

What is "ERROR 003"?
My newest L series went off line after 5 days and 56 images on a 32G card. This same camera is one that hasn't recognize the solar panel (S&S) and I was initially thinking maybe I forgot to plug it in, but the person that went and checked it reported it was still plugged in.
The card error doesn't surprise me because I think I resorted to lessor quality card, but I wonder if I have two issues with the 003 error?

The guy did remove the batteries, but didn't disconnect the solar that was not being recognized.
We will try again in a few days with new consumables.

Of all the cameras, this one is in the pokiest blood-letting tree I could find. I just picked off the last scabs from the install.....
@john volkman I'm trying to adjust the camera sensitivity on my L series IR cameras. We've personally witnessed it not detecting turkeys in range of the camera. I have an option in the App for "Motion Sense" (Optimal, Low 1, Low 1, High 1, High 2, High 3, High 4) but I do NOT see it in the Camp website. Does this setting do anything? I changed it last night on two cams (LL-2A, 1.7 firmware) and it's still showing the change pending. Does this setting do anything?

for now that must be adjusted on the camera- it wont work on the app, i advise everyone to do any setting changes on camp only for now - sensitivity on the L must the done on the camera itself they are working on the app every day but cant take it off line because so many use it to view images. Sometime in the future, the app will mirror camp and everything will work correctly as far as changes (and there are other advancements coming to)but its going to be a bit. Also make sure you set your cams low enough , i set mine waist high or LOWER , if you want turkeys mid thigh and set sensitivity to a high 1 or 2
Thanks for the clarification. I was trying to bump it to High 2. Any chance someone can explain the difference in the values and sensitivity?

default is the middle , you can go 3 up or 3 down, 2 or 3 up is going to sense animals farther than you can get a decent picture of but you will get them WAAYYY out , just dont be disappointed when the deer is small and you cant see detail on the rack. It will even sense on animals you cant see or find in the picture .
There is a zoom version L that willl be available soon that will aid in those situations if needed , its a fixed zoom camera that is designed for food plots or for those who think the camera in close proximity spooks deer. I run High 1 or 2 on all of my current L series and many times i have images of deer and turkeys 30 yards or more out but its hard ot see detail on racks at that distance
Thanks. That's good info. We're missing turkeys 20-30 yards out. It's probably ok if we can't see racks at that distance.
@john volkman Where can I see how many pics of my monthly allowance I've used and when my plan kicks back to zero? I upped our plan a few months ago, and recently I've played with the frequency at which pictures are taken. I can't find anywhere in CAMP or the app that tells me when my monthly pic total resets to zero.
It took me half a day to figure out that I was over my allotment. It would be ideal to give me an app alert/notification and some sort of banner in CAMP that I hit the overage. I only accidentally saw it when I was trying to figure out why pics stopped coming through.

They advertise a picture number but it is actually data amounts . It’s 40 mb for the lowest level, 100 mb for the mid level and unlimited for the highest. It’s usually higher than the number advertised. I only get the lowest and it’s always over the 750 pictures before the overage kicks in. The daily total is in the Home camera Details.
