Are these the same Willows

These two Willows are side by side as you can notice ones new growth is yellow branches and the other new growth is red is this just a variant of the same species or the different Willows. Thanks

Could be the same variety. You peaked my interest so I just walked across the street to a row of hybrids I have. All planted the same day out of the same bag of cuttings. Some have yellow and some have red. No clues as to why.

I wasn't smart enough to actually take my phone with me so I snapped off two samples.

Sometimes just how the sun hits them can change the color of a same species or clone. You should be able to notice if they are similar when leaf out.
Also some are more susceptible to willow cone galls as your red stemmed one shows, not sure if yellow one has those. Willows hybridize easy also.
