Thanks bueller, I joined in May which is the busiest time of the year for me with the landscaping and Gardencenter company and I just didn't get back into it when the season slowed down. Besides I really didn't want to deal with a few of the others that tagged along from the other site, but I noticed they are no longer here. Its good to be back and see all the good guys names that are here.

Hi Kooch, I have 40 acres at one location and have been leasing 80 next door to that for 18 years. I also have a small 5 acre piece where the river runs through and I have the cabin on. This July I will have owned the 40 for 21 years.

It is a natural backup of Spring run off with a few tweaks that I did. I also felled a few trees for the ducks to sit on and for trail cam opportunities.

The River that runs through it is a class 1 trout stream, yes very scenic. It is located on the 5 acres that the Cabin sits on. 5 acres with 600 feet of River frontage in 1974 went for $1,900, yes $1,900. But I was earning only $2.75/Hr then also.

Thanks. The reason I asked about the length of time was just to gauge all the progress you've made against mine. Kind of wondering what that amount of improvement takes in terms of time. Again, nifty place.
