They are a small family-run outfit and this is the time of year they are all busy digging, bundling, labeling trees to ship. They don't have an " office staff " to handle all incoming e-mails and calls. Before the holidays, it's not as hard to talk to them, but post-holidays, they're full throttle.

I have respect for those kind of companies that are built on hard work.

Reminds me of one central Mn. (and now Missouri) business that serves farmers. Yup, that's John.
