Princep vs. Princep 4L?

Does anyone know the difference?

It is made by Syngenta - doing a search on their home page doesn't even turn up any results (it asked if I meant "prince"). Drilling down through their herbicides, couldn't find it either. Maybe I'm missing the obvious?

I plan on spraying Princep on the cuttings I 'broadcast' planted this spring after a few hard frosts. Hoping to keep the weeds down in the spring.

Simazine comes in powder form and liquid form (4L) you want the liquid John, Princep 4L.
