Deal of the day

I can't get my truck far enough into my property to find a branch to lift it off with. Tractor still might be 4 weeks out - or could be a week. No clue yet.

I think 4 men could lift the spreader on and off a pickup truck. Just handle one end at a time....no problem. Not that heavy.

I just bought two of these at Menards at 99.99 and 11% rebate is going on. This one has the flex tek zero gravity seat and big foot rest, but only 16.5 feet.

The other titan XT stands that I saw online do not have the nice seat and they are a lot more $, example:

Also bought two of these at 36.98 before rebate:

He sold the drop spreader, hoping somebody on here got it!

Wasn't me.

they were in stock they were $20 then they went to 31 than 40 now I think none are left

They are out of Stock. They could be free, we can't get any.

Its the 'deal of the day' not the 'deal of a week later.' ;)

Thats a great answer TMIL. I know a few of my friends got them before they went up. I was not in need, but wanted to pass it along for anyone to use....if they got to it in under 7 days.

Amazing where the computer prices have gone. I still remember my first Apple II C. I think I spent about $3800. w/ the printer.....and changed floppy disks by the minute to load a program. We was living life in the fast lane. ;)

I also remember my first PC. Hard drive size was about the size of todays memory. No such thing as windows everything was with dos commands.

My dad started us on a 286AT in 1987 because he was using mainframes at work and refused to buy anything prior to that as they were too slow compared to his terminal at work. That one was around $2K. My first PC was a Pentium 1 and I think my hard drive was about 512MB. o_O It cost a grand without a monitor. That was purchased when I couldn't use the hand-me-down 486 for my college work anymore (because it was too slow).

:eek:My first computer was a Commodore 64. Christmas 1983 $229 bucks, used an old 13" color TV for the monitor and a cassette tape drive for storage. To this day it's sales make it the highest selling computer ever. Also at the time, it was the most powerful personal computer you could buy, it had the best graphics and by far the best sound of anything in the personal computer industry, and at 1/4 the price of most any other computer on the market. Apple IIe and IBM PC's were 10 times plus the price of a Commodore 64. I didn't have that fancy Dot Matrix printer that foggy had, but it was an awesome machine for a 14 year old kid. Given that it excelled at graphics and sound it even had a ton of games written for it, pretty much making it the first "gaming PC", as well.

5 Gallon gas cans are on sale at Fleet Farm for $10. Yellow diesel ones too. ;)

I don't use the spout on 5 gallon cans. I leave the knock-out in the caps and pour directly out of the jug.

Primos is offering a $30 mail-in rebate on select trail cams purchased 2/15-3/30.

I noticed that cabelas has them on sale quite a bit as well as the mail in rebate. Might have to get one or two, from the limited people that have had these cams i've seen/heard decent things, and for $60, why not?
