Here's the e-mail that I (coincidentally) received today from Spypoint. Interestingly I mentioned in my initial e-mail that I had used two battery sources. 12V battery with solar (fully charged) and lastly brand new lithium ion.
You get what you pay for both in product and customer service. Not wasting my time with this.
