I think this is a Midwestern thing? A few days ago we had Polancic's fried pork tenderloins. Usually served on a bun garnished. Most bars will serve them, but if it's not a Polancic it's not the best.

We enjoyed venison slam burgers last night with some friends. This was the FIRST time my wife asked for venison, and everyone loved them.
