Ribeye, GB casserole, fries and fried morels. A little dry wine on the side, tonight was heavenly.

Turkey nuggets. 1 breast fed 7 people. Kids were full. I was 75% full. Tossed some asparagus into the oil to finish up and it was excellent.

What's your ratio of Andy's seasoning : Panko? We love Andy's fish seasonings, never tried the chicken.

I wasn't measuring. Probably something like 65 Andy's 35 Panko. The final batch we added some brown sugar because it's usually a hit. Didn't disappoint. Yeah that Andy's is really good. I usually use Shore Lunch for fish, but a few weeks ago a local co-op hosted a fried cod lunch. I had to ask the gals what they were using. They held up a giant bag of Andy's, so I grabbed this chicken 1 at Walmart with turkey season in mind.

Chicken cheese tortellini in one pan. Not as good as I would have hoped, but they ate it all.

Browned cubed chicken in a pan with olive oil, butter, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Added chopped onion, three color bells and minced garlic. Simmered in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream, then added fresh shredded mozzarella and topped with some fresh chopped parsley. Also made garlic bread from left over hamburger buns. Was good, not great so I need to work on it a little. Just glad they ate it all.
