I think this is a Midwestern thing? A few days ago we had Polancic's fried pork tenderloins. Usually served on a bun garnished. Most bars will serve them, but if it's not a Polancic it's not the best.

Never seen those before, but I'd like to get my hands on some. I'm a big fan of the "schnitzel sandwich."
