Off to a good start this spring. Newly planted plugs got a good soaker last night. Long range forecast is calling for more rain and moderate temps.

I couldn't be happier with how this spring has turned out, got my new trees in and plots planted early and caught some good rains...and all my fruit and nut trees have woken up from winter with no winter kill !

Been waiting for it to get closer to 50F here before re-seeding my lawn. Today was just too nice out, so I got it done and now hope for some more rain tomorrow.

Dryness and drought at various levels continues....

65 and sunny on Saturday, 66 and sunny on Sunday. Of course this is NOT one of the weekends I will be able to get up to our land. Probably will be cold, windy, and rainy when I do go.

It's nice here today, going to finish up tree planting and get some fert. on, we are supposed to be getting 2-3" of rain the next couple days

Steady to hard rain here today, supposed to get 2" or better, then tomorrow jumps up to 85f then drops down to low 60's most of next week with rain on and off.

Cold here, hell even a chance snow tonight and tomorrow! 2.5" of rain yesterday which we can always use, but now I need some 70s to get things growing. Should be planting but its going to be late in the week now before we can think of doing that.

I'm in the 7.5 inch zone. It's wet! I was hoping to mow rye next weekend. It might have to wait a while longer. We'll have plenty of mud.
