Trailcam pics

40 days of the raven. These things need to die for a multitude of reasons, and this is one.

I’ve had pretty good luck identifying which bucks will blow up the following year . This one is on the “I think he will be impressive” list next fall, and the fall after if he survives !View attachment 73199View attachment 73200

Agreed, two more years and he'll be impressive. Too bad Team Louisiana will take him down next season.

Okay this isn't a cam pic, rather a shot with my phone taken out a car window at work this evening. It's heavily cropped and brightened. I can't believe this tiny little girl. I don't know what month this fawn must have been born, but it's wild how small she is. This picture makes her look bigger than real life. Mid January in NY, crazy.

This picture perfectly sums up my experience with Tactacam the last six months.

(but no pics of the critter making them)
This sums up mine..

That dark thing a couple feet towards the camera from them is a trap that caught a coyote a little while back and hasn’t been reset.

This may be my number one target next year. She’s in good shape for February!

This was a trail cam video. I screen shot and cropped it because a LOT of guys that I have on my social are local and hunt the same properties I do, and several of us have know locations over the years just from a trail cam pic.

This is one of the biggest framed bucks I have ever gotten on camera on public land.

And, good news is, I got a picture yesterday, so he made it through the year…. Which is a miracle.

When's heron season? 😁

I was deleting pics from my phone today. The last deer to walk past my tree stand was January 22nd.
Before that, December 26th. No wonder we don't shoot no deer. Ain't none.
