It wasn't staged, the judge dismissed the trespassing, and the landowner was charged on "
on charges of criminal mischief and criminal harassment."

So I guess they both were wrong but, the landowner loses on this one.

If you read the entire thing it states both men's charges will likely be dropped due to being postponed for over 6 months
