Batman give me a shout I know of a good piece coming up for sale shortly. I haven't seen it however neighbor that has land bordering ours is part owner and asked if I wanted it. Naturally with building a house I am spending money like a drunk sailor snd can't afford it. It is nw of bluffton in a good area.

I seriously doubt it. Only one way to find out. I am an OTC resident now so anytime you want to ponder life's problems over a cold one on your hunting land or in a boat give me a shout.

Lots of ideas come out of field days/land tours...along with that a dose of humility ;)

sometimes lots of work afterwards too but all good stuff....heck what can having a field hurt? No deer now which still baffles me

I will be on Rush Lake Aug 22. If I get bored watching the kids swim maybe I will tell the folks I need to run up to Perham for some bolts to fix my tail light because the fluid is leaking out....... ;)

We had a bat in the cabin last year..... That was quite the circus.... Thank god we were at the lake.... There are dipnets in close proximity........

I guess the day before Father's day is another bad one. I was supposed to be in-law free, and that didn't happen either.

I'm not upset that I only had one buddy make it. We had a walk around the place, perfect weather after the rain broke, and ended up BSing on the deck for about 5 hours. We had a good time without ya'll! :)

Brooks-If I had the energy and time to start over, I would be looking at parcels bigger than 80 acres.

I would also get away from the Brainerd lakes area if you want it for hunting. If you want it for an investment, that would be different.

Perhaps a parcel with a gravel road that leads to nowhere would work in that area. I just hate the summer traffic and weekend rituals.

Jim-I enjoyed the personal tour this spring and would like to see it again. Summer is busy at times.
