On the other end of the farm Jake and I did a little seeding too. This field is much less refined (you'll see why in the video/picture) but it's a work in progress. It's been rock picked a couple of times. 10 more times and it should be good to go.

While he was doing that, I drove around with the 3 point spreader with Winter Rye.
This installation is a "Throw and Go". The field was sprayed and broken using a vibra-shank (much like a cultivator) in the last few weeks. The vibra-shank leaves nice deep grooves in the soil. We spread the seed and mother nature will take care of the rest.
