Neighbor next to me has an army of gun lovers, must have shot several thousand rounds. Last year I spoke to the owner, they were shooting 5.56mm fmj in the direction of our woods, could hear rounds glancing of the ground and going thru the trees on the farm.

Would it be possible for you to offer to help build a bunker/backstop for them to shoot into?
