Loaded pear

This is a pear tree in my dad's yard in Iowa, I had him send me scion to Pa two years ago and have topworked several trees and grafted some to seedlings. He says it is loaded like this every year? Kieffer?
He took these pictures for me Sunday.

I havd 2 pear trees loaded like this every year.The only thing i find that eat them are opossums and bees.

We have a pear like that; it seems like Keiffer. Our tree holds pears into December and is a deer magnet later in the season. I've planted another 18 seedlings from the parent tree on our property, but started from seed rather than grafted. We'll see how they look in a couple years. They could become root stock, or maybe I'll hit the jackpot.
