Gonna see my five grand daughters tomorrow. As luck would have it, I was driving around the pasture and found a litter of five small kittens. They were very friendly - came right up to smell me. Unfortunately, I didnt have anything to put them in to carry them home. I know the grand kids moms and dads are going to be really disappointed when they find out I let this opportunity slip away

I know a guy that has one for a pet. It has been descented. Says they are a great pet!

I’ve heard that too. KDWP nature center at Milford used to have one. Though it was descented, you could still catch a faint whiff from time to time.

Mt dad had a pet skunk for about 7 years. He was a good pet for everyone in the family but me. That little bastard hated me from day one.

My dogs already found 2 this year so far. Right in the yard too. Don't know if anything smells worse. Take your breath away and almost make you puke. Good times.

I shot one a number of years ago and you could still smell it from 50 yards away several days after I shot it. I would not even think about getting near one. If one of my dogs got into one, they would have to find a new home or be quarantined until the smell went away.
