Biden is taking our Gov't and the law down a very scary path. He intends on giving blanket immunity to many (Adam Shift, Pelosi, Dr Fauci, etc.). This means that working for the Gov't and breaking the law will become standard practice as there will be no consequences in you are on the right team and you will be pardoned.

That is why Trump should not cave on any of his cabinet selections. Release the wolves on these jackals and let the carnage begin.

Sorry you took it that way. There’s no “deserve” in the equation, only bad luck. Just like hard work puts a person in a position to be lucky, forcefully breaking through windows and doors of occupied buildings that have men with guns protecting it’s occupants increases your likelihood of bad luck happening to you.

Babbitt is alive today but for her own actions. Was this an overreaction by the cop? Probably. Yet there she was, breaking through a window, and certainly got more than one warning to stop. “Just comply and the cops won’t shoot you” applies here just like it does in other national events.

At that moment, she was the tip of a violent spear. It’s a shame what happened. I am disgusted with everything that happened that day. But that outcome does not surprise me.

Here is what I say. It is absolutely childish to keep saying “but the other side did this”. Why? Because that whole deal is a way for politicians and their vermin consultants to keep us fighting with each other and keep the money flowing. Think about it- every time someone gets really pissed, they send a check to their guy or gal in Washington.

We deserve 1) A government that works. I want a national weather service. I want a post office. I want DEA chasing cartel dudes. I want my soil and water conservation agency. I want a CIA being our eyes and ears on the world stage. I want an FBI chasing bad guys, doing counter terrorism and counter intel. I want the FDIC law enforcement branch to investigate banks (even local small banks) who are not keeping my money safe. I want a Department Of Energy taking care of our nukes, nuclear material and keeping a steely eye on foreign nukes. I think is silly to think we destroy everything to rebuild it. It’s too important to destroy, even temporarily.

2) I say that government needs to be improved. It can be done and maybe, just maybe we are on the road toward that. Keeping us divided is how the status quo is kept.

I recently heard it said that the largest organization in the world except for possibly the Catholic Church, is the U.S. government. That shocked me. In an organization that large, there will be good and there will be bad. Pretty big ship to steer. I personally like it that the United States doesn’t ride the bus, it drives it. I don’t want that to change.

If Trump and his team are able to clean up the bloated Federal Gov't and eliminate even 20% of the waste, it would be a success in my book and he will have my support. Given his first run in office, I'm very skeptical he is going to do it, but I'll gladly give him a chance.
There will have to be some deep short term pain to accomplish this, I hope he has the stomach for it. Given his populist stances on most things, I'm not sure he does.

What I'm saying is no matter what cuts are made or where they're made it will affect groups of people. An example, in the area I live in there's been a Canadian mining company that's been trying to open a gold mine next to the Menominee river. So let's cut the regulations and funding for the EPA and then the mine opens creates some jobs for a while, but leaves an environmental nightmare behind when it closes. So were the cuts worth it?

Let's cut the FDA and the USDA funding and make them toothless. There's already bird flu virus in raw milk, you think it might get worse? Have you been paying attention to all the food recalls lately because contamination?

I'm not saying these, or any agencies, shouldn't be scrutinized. But I can't wait for the screaming when the scab gets ripped off.
