Cheap but good plain old cameras.

I just ordered 3 more of those Gardepros on sale. Didn't see the extra 20% off coupon, but still a good deal.

I've been using one for a couple of weeks. So far so good. Free plan for a month. Sends a mini video and picture. Takes a picture in real time whenever you ask. Plans are the same price as others. I wouldn't plan on the battery alone running it very long. I will be putting a solar on it come fall. Youtube has some reviews.

I got a whole season (July-March) on a set of regular batteries last year in the cheap GardePro E5S. I only had it taking pictures, no videos. How is battery life if you set it for video?

It depends how frequent it triggers. Trail intersection use will likely last longer than food plot use. I usually have mine make it about 2-3 months in food plots with video setting on.

Thanks, I'll try video this year. The GardePro's were on trails...my cell cams on solar panels did the heavy lifting in the food plots.
