My camp is on 8 round concrete pillars/footers that go 6' deep. If I remember right it was $1200 for them to dig and set them. They are poured concrete into a tube.
Built this 10' x 16 foot bunk house for around $3500 with a direct vent propane furnace. It's insulated including the floor, has 4 bunks, 2 windows, steel door, and pole barn steel siding & roof. Building yourself is WAY cheaper.
