I think you're underselling your clover plot. That looks fantastic!
X2 with SD. Clover looks like a carpet !! I'd pull out or spray that high, weedy stuff at the edge of your Hudson's G.G. cage so the tree gets all the nutrients. No hiding place for mice/voles then either. Your brassicas are doing great, Badger. I hope ours at camp are doing as well as yours !!
I would have given my left nut (well, maybe not literally) to grow a clover plot like that in J.C.
Badger gets a fresh load of topsoil on much of his area every few years or so, if not every spring, you had no such soil on your place(or ours) in JC. We could have planted on a few select islands in our bottoms on the Little Yellow, but it would have amounted to plots measuring a few hundred square feet, not even large enough to be measured in fractions of acres and right smack in the middle of our sanctuary.I would have given my left nut (well, maybe not literally) to grow a clover plot like that in J.C.

WTG Badger !! Good eatin' all the way around. Woodies are cool. I think they're one of the sharpest birds flying !! The drakes are a riot of colors.
Are you " one deer " or can you still hunt for a buck ??
