Atv plot implements

I have a good disc & cultipacker for my utv & planting shallow seeded plots works well along with a drag . My question is what utv equipment can be used to plant oats or seeds that need to be deeper in existing plots like clover without tearing up the clover & chicory? If I want to add some brassicas ,turnips or radishes to clover how does everyone do this ?

Oats germ for me easier than anything else I plant. I just top seed them (in a mix of 3 parts cereal rye, 1 part bin oats) into existing plots or drag/cultipack over them in newly broken ground. If your area is too dry for that to work well, you can very lightly disc them in. I don't on oats and cereal rye, but do just that with corn, beans and peas.
