No, they rebranded to "GreyLight". Strictly a name change. Owners and all are still the same. SELFILMED is also a dealer for GreyLight too. The new Daybreak blind worked fantastically this spring for me turkey hunting. The Twilight is going to be a great blind for those that can't (or don't want to) afford the more traditional box blinds.
