Beautiful!, I love a sit like that if I can stay warm..

Crossbow eh? I figure in another year my shoulder will be about shot and I will probably try to get a crossbow permit. I have never hunted with a regular bow.

Work does things to you. The way my back is, habitat work might be ending.

I got one of these for a Christmas gift and it worked well inside of the body suit.

My daughters and I walked the deer trails today. We saw some deer and turkeys.
First time on the trails since about aug. 1 or so.

Pretty day in the woods.

Looking great in the North country, Bur !!! You have well-used deer trails for sure. It's nice to get out in the outdoors with daughters or sons. Say hello to them from a North-easter !!

Your snow looks good - all we've been getting is rain. Deer hitting your corn ??

We all should feel blessed with what the Lord has given us. No matter how little or how much.

Thank you.

How long does the rechargeable warmer last?

Place looks great even in the snow...

The first use, it lasted through the three hour hunt.

The jury is out yet, I had trouble getting it to recharge, but might have had a bad port on the computer.

That many tracks in & around the corn is a nice sight - post #787.

Especially compared to years back when I had the corn and no deer.

Nothing frustrates me more than when I have the food for them and the the deer are not there or for some reason they choose not to participate!

This seems to be pretty accurate from my limited use. It wouldn’t work for an all day hunt, but nice to carry and start for a few hours.

so at freezing your looking at 2.5 hours.... Funny how they list their times at room temperature. Sort of reminds me of when the car companies listed their HP ratings at a low rpm back in the day to try to understate their figures to avoid the insurance man and still sell cars. They say numbers don't lie....but you best be asking them the right question! Stay warm up there!

Just eat more sausage bacon and eggs for breakfast. Warm you right up.

I don’t understand government agencies taking out tree lines and woody cover, then planting native grasses in northern areas.

The deer ain’t bedding in the grasses.

I saw a few pheasants and they were in the red cedar fence line.
