T-budding/Chip Budding timing

Well, I'm finally done. I t-budded a total of 27 seedlings and 3 M111 root stock for a total of 30. Each got 2 buds. There were 2 varieties, Dasyealyx (589425.04) and Unnamed(589768.05). I have not idea what my success rate will be but I felt I got better at it as I got more experience under my belt.
