Stock Market is the bottom in?

Sold a bunch of one stock and bought a bunch of another and I don't even know if the transactions actually went through or not. This is the stuff that lawsuits are made of.

I read that Tell is being acquired ? Looks like $1 a share. Not a huge gain, still looking for more details .

Depends on how many shares you have. I'm up 27 grand on that one this morning. Can't complain.
What's the play now? Are you going to sell some off or keep it and see what happens? Glad I just bought a little more. although it was peanuts.

Sold off over half for a decent profit and bought other things on sale. CRWD was one that I bought. Now playing with house money on TELL. TELLurian is up on news that another company is buying them. I think it will double or triple yet after we get a president that's not trying to shut down LNG. jmo

I think it’s bought out at $1 a share ? Last I read …

Probably fair market value for where the company is at right now. Future for them should be positive. They were lacking funding to continue their growth and future projects the way I understood it.

I’m confused, the company was bought out at $1 a share. How would the shares go higher, or lower ? It’s a done deal. $1

You would still own the stock it's just owned by someone else now. The company that is. The new owners just added to what they already have and now have a larger business. Hope this makes sense.

Elon Musk bought twitter and share holders still had their shares but under a different owner.

Not a buy out then ? I’ve never owned a stock that was purchased and continued to trade after the purchase ?

Supposed to be a buy out, yes. Now the new ownership can continue what TELLurian was doing but didn't have the funds to keep going on their own. Should be a good thing for investors as long as LNG continues to be used globally. Not sure if the name will change or not. If it does you will own shares of a different ticker. It can get confusing. Companies that go under are where you are just S.O.L.

I still see buyout in the press releases.

I sold a bunch of my shares for profit because now I have no idea if the trading pattern will stay the same. I kinda doubt it. Have to keep an eye on it.

Just saw this about tell, I have a little over 3k shares, probably not a bad idea to sell and take my winnings. 30% gain…. Although, I did that with coin (kept some shares) and watched it continue to go up.

Strictly a judgement call. No one knows for sure. Typically the current price is about as high as I've seen it for probably a year. Doesn't mean it won't keep climbing but lots of times when a stock goes up a lot it will correct and come back down.

I drive by one of their dealerships twice a day. The property is packed with very little leaving the lot. The interest on all those machines sitting there has to be insane. The owner has 2 locations also. I believe they were trying to sell a few years ago for 6.5 million. Might be able to get a better price from them now on the property/business.
