Shrub ID help

[Tree Spud]

This shrub has popped up various areas on our farm. I have not seen any flowers, berries, or seeds on it. Can anyone ID this?

After further review you guys appear to be right. I was worried that it would turn out to be Autumn Olive. Have no idea where it came from, just appeared last year and I have monitored.

I have planted 20,00 trees, shrubs and pines an they all get browsed ... the AO ... nothing.

Winter project ... cut to ground stump, Garlon4 & diesel ... etc.

If anyone has other suggestions please advise ...
