If anyone is in that area and you are looking for a pear tree that produces there is one on the north side of the road that runs just on the north side of George Lake. (approx. 4 miles west of Spicer. I also saw a rather loaded apple tree and what looked like a loaded crap apple tree on North Shore drive of Green Lake by Spicer. There looked to be a couple more apple trees with these that also had some apples.
If one is into grafting and can find the landowner perhaps after a friendly conversation one could have plenty of scions to graft.
