Cool build...I put one together myself also. 8" pipe, angle iron, 1 inch shaft, 4 bolt flange bearings, and had to get a metal fab shop to make my side pieces. 1/2 steel plate is beyond my garage capabilities. I'll try to post up some pics...my welding skills improved during the build for sure.
