Posting date moved to the top?

Does anybody know how to move the date that somebody posts in a thread to the top of the post? Right now it shows up at the bottom of the new post, and it drives me nuts. Glancing through the post or scrolling through a long post with lots of pictures, then realizing it's old....grrr.

There's a "last message" note at the top right of the screen, just above the first sticky thread. I believe you can click on that and it'll move the latest post to the top.
