MDHA New Director

I really think we need to give him a chance before getting on the other side of the fence. Patience grasshoppers.....patience. :)

I agree, Tom. We have a new Executive Director. He surely knows how the DNR wildlife department operates. Let us see how he does...

We have some great people in the DNR. I know several in Fisheries, in Forestry, and in Enforcement that I have lots of respect for. There must be some in the wildlife division, also.

You're more optimistic than I am foggy. A guy who has worked for the state for 20+ years suddenly willing to take on an at least occasional adversarial role with his prior employer and co-workers? Never happen. It will be more "we have to work with the DNR to keep our seat at the table". I'd love to be wrong though
I'm trying to be optimistic, Stu. Trying and hoping, but giving the benefit of the doubt for now.

Shared feelings at times, Stu.
