I've volunteered to help Bill out with the upgrade issues. I think the PM/Tapatalk functionality is fixed. PMs seem to be working correctly for me.

Looking at the theme/CSS issue, there's some underlying code issues. Give us some time to work through it and make some changes. It might be a day or two. For those interested, some of the code used in the themes/CSS is the old way of doing things, and most browsers don't support that legacy functionality anymore. We'll likely need some new themes/styles which will take time to make and get right.

OK, the theme is now in a working state again. I've created a new theme "Habitat Talk v2" and disable the older styles. If you're not on V2, please choose it. Then you can use the gear to select between light and dark. We'll work to get the preferred colors back in the next week or so.

I just switched my Android phone to dark mode and it worked.

Try uninstalling all versions of Tapatalk, compile and then reinstall/compile. Maybe test the PM functionality while it's uninstalled. You can email me at my username at Outlook dot com, and I can send you my phone number so we can talk it out if you want. IT is my day job.

I'm not a Tapatalk user. Can you try to remove HT from TT and add it back to the app? I'm curious if the forum change version and subsequent Tapatalk plug in version requires that.

I'll check for errors on the forums side in a few.
