Flag Pole

I bought a telescoping flag pole for the yard a couple of years ago, and it has succumbed to our Wisconsin winds. Looking for one about 20 feet tall that's durable enough without costing an arm and a leg. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've built a few. KS winds require changing flags out often. I have yet to have a cable/pulley system that I was happy with after a few yrs. I have no clue about prices, but I'd recommend considering a break over pole of some sort (either homemade or purchased).
