Dolgo crabs

I have 25 dolgos, the fruit colors are from green to red, and everything in between. The red ones are good eating, the green ones still bitter.

Just tried one of my Dolgo's on Saturday. Bright red. Pretty good eating, a little tart but sweet. Kids were laughing at my mini-apple. Just planted this year from Burnt Ridge and had 3-4 crab's that I left on it get fully ripe.
