Conspiracy theorys, where do you stand?

Let’s all pause though and agree that losing Hulk sucks…

I was a Hulkamaniac as a kid. I remember when he got hurt and they made a montage of him getting loaded into the ambulance. That hurt man. It was real all the way. He single handedly took on all the bad guys. Andre the giant, the Iron Sheik, all of them.

Hulk Hogan and Mean Gene also tried to warn us about 9/11.

If you are an All Star Wrestling fan go on YouTube and look up Jerry Blackwell interviews with Mean Gene Okerlund !

Such a classic, Blackwell was 468 lbs and they get into talking about his typical meal… hilarious!

As I was searching for that....I ran into this below on Mean Gene and the early days......interesting how things were back in the day.

and there is this.....(these old video's are fun to watch)

The podcast world has done a great job of letting these guys tell their stories. I never miss one when they have someone on talking about the 80’s and 90’s. The stories about Andre the giant, the ultimate warrior, ric flair, hulk hogan and more. Jesse Ventura is one of the best story tellers out there. Chris Jericho has captured a bunch of them.

I did not care for how Ventura went after Kyles wife, or saying he was a combat veteran or pretending to be a seal.

Many of those WWF events were really amazing....YouTube is your friend.

That’s an interesting story. I heard Jesse tell the whole thing. The short version is, the publisher never got Jesse’s sign off on the book’s content, which is standard practice to avoid the exact thing that happened.

The publisher carries lawsuit insurance for such a thing, and the publisher is liable for it. The suit was never against his wife or her personal finances or Kyle’s estate. It was against the publisher but her name was on it. It’s some BS trickery the publishers used to smear Jesse.

I can’t quite remember the seal controversy, but I think he was on the demolition side, and not the combat side. He was on the team that cleared obstacles for the strike team in advance. Don’t quote me on the specifics, but that’s pretty close I think.

Or he sued the widow of a highly decorated American hero, and Ventura served three months in the Philippines never in Vietnam and never saw any combat or was even close to any combat but inferred and flat out lied that he had. And he was not a seal he was UDT and never completed all the training it takes to become a seal.

The internet has kind of exposed his stories, same thing many people have done he just hasn't ever come clean with it. The actor Brian Dennehy did the same thing for a long time. To most people it doesn't mean so much, to veterans....that's a different story with a whole different perspective.
Chris Kyle was the real deal, and Ventura tried to throw shade on that. Ventura also commended Tim Walz another stolen valor chode on his military career, while slamming JD Vance who actually served in a combat zone and President Trump the Commander in Chief who took a bullet for his country.
Ventura is a tool.

Yeah....agreed on Ventura.....but he did get the liftime license on trailers pushed through for Minnesota. That's one thing more than Walz has accomplished. Both a couple of tools IMO.

I was fuzzy on the service side of that whole deal. The defamation suit was the one I followed closely. He won the initial suit, and then it was overturned on appeal because his team, in closing arguments told the jury that Kyle’s wife and estate were not liable for the damages, it was Harper Collins and their insurance on the book. And this was true.

If he lied right thru his teeth on these podcasts, that is terrible and he should be shunned.

Let’s take a moment to remember what a real American hero looks like. Another Minnesotan.

Jake Larson lied about his age to join the National Guard at 15 years of age.

Survived landing on Normandy Beach on D-Day.

Fought at the Battle of the Bulge.

Was awarded a Bronze Star.

On the day he landed on Normandy beach and made it to the cliff he weighed 120 pounds.

Just passed at 102.

An extraordinary man.

Russia gate should be an entertaining scandal to watch unfold

Epstein will be much more entertaining.

I'll agree with you. I also think people need to have the stupid shaken out of them. I believe 9/11 had people pissing themselves and they gave away allot of the freedoms and liberties they had.
