Cider Trees and Applesauce info

Are those jars sealed - as in pressure canner?? Do you use it as sweet cider - or let it ferment and get hard?? Just wondering. I never saw cider in mason jars before.

Correct, sweet cider. Unfortunately I don’t have the freezer space to just store it that way, it would’ve been a lot faster. We brought the cider up to a boil and then put them in a water bath for 10 minutes. Different internet sites had other suggestions but this was the most common.
