Lol, buckdeer! Thanks for the help. With both of us putting swed in the ground there was zero chance it would rain.

I'm hopeful Turkey. Time will tell.

No real plan SD, just some general ideas. I've gotten real use to no inputs other than seed. I'd like to have the benefits of buried seed for a bigger window of planting time, but don't want to give up self fertile systems. My growing season is often marked with triple digit temps and long dry spells. Fall moisture has been spotty at best. Looking for a little more control over when seed can germinate and how long a seedling will survive.

Rock on fella. I hope that blend comes. I'm a fan of sunflowers and beans.

No clue what he'd score. I just don't do a lot of that sort of thing. If I had to guess I'd say 150ish.

Probably won't "go after" him but will have him in mind when I'm hunting. If he ends up in bow range I would probably stick him.

Dang that 4x4 is a doozy!

Hunting last weekend was a blast! I got rained on a lot (we NEED rain so I relished it!), and I had almost non-stop action. And all my stands worked perfectly. Had easy shots at every deer pictured. Weekends like that don't come around often.

There are bigger ones. Plus I've shot plenty that are this sized. I'm good with waiting. Good with not shooting one at all. Good with shooting one of these once I've spent enough time outside to feel good. Happy I'm healthy enough to hunt.
