And there goes more of my money…(at least they’re cheaper!!)According to the website, Houdini represents a mix of trees that are unknown. They had no tags, so they are a mix of whatever else he sells.
Might be all red delicious! Knowing my luck that's what I'd get.And there goes more of my money…(at least they’re cheaper!!)
I’m willing to risk it with how those trees grow and produce…Might be all red delicious! Knowing my luck that's what I'd get.
I like Trailman for eating and applesauce.Alot of places sell leftover trees at a discount towards the end of the purchasing part of the tree season. Might be doing that too. I can imagine the early droppers don't sell as good. Probably going to get a trailman in the mix.....
It IS a good eater.I like Trailman for eating and applesauce.
I did the same thing. I told myself it'll save me time next spring and felt better for a bit.Darn. I missed the boat on the Houdini trees. They had 41 last time I looked a few days ago. Went to make an order, and they're sold out.
I think Ryan has more customers than you would expect. That's crazy. I saw the same and now I am glad I didn't hesitate. They must have had a big order because there were something like 80 left a few weeks ago.
Apparently lol. Selling through that many trees that are unmarked after the major sales on his website speaks to his reputation.I think Ryan has more customers than you would expect.
Nobody needs hunting land really. People want it, your parcel looks nicer than the other guy's, he will not mind paying the extra money.Do apple trees add value to land? Not why I plant them, but I was just curious.

Yes I think it helps ! If a guy had a really well taken care of orchard … that is a big plus !Do apple trees add value to land? Not why I plant them, but I was just curious.
With so many working remotely, I think a rural or semi rural home with apple trees is a win.I think everyone would be happy to have apple trees on their new property. Hunters and tree huggers would likely both feel the same way about a few trees up to a big orchard.
