Best Wildlife apple tree for zone 8b

EastTexas22

Yearling... With promise
I’ve been growing pears, persimmons, crabapples, plums, peaches( at my house).. everything else I’m growing for wildlife.. I do have a pink lady at the house as well.. really interested in growing apples both early and late dropping varieties.. we avg around 600-800 chill hours here in East Texas, and fire bright and be pretty ruff around here.. looking for some low chill hour disease resistant apple varieties for deer that require little maintenance . Do you guys have any experience with freedom, or Enterprise?? Thanks!
