I kinda followed the recipe the Drury’s posted somewhere I saw. Egg/milk/hot sauce wash. I didn’t make my own breading dredge, just used a Cajun breading mix I had on hand. Then deep dry at 340 degrees for 3 minutes. Also used the jaccard on it prior to cutting into chunks. So tender and juicy.The best way I've ever had wild turkey. Deep fried nuggets....
