Waterfowl

i have a trip planned with buddies next tuesday. I've never done it. No clue what it's about. Should be entertaining.

Just starting to trickle in, mostly local birds yet.
Seeing a few divers, supposed to get some snow/wind Thursday so that should be interesting.
 
Been Sandhills heading south all day over central Indiana. Looks like a good migration day.
 
We open Saturday but my private land swamps have been dry. Just gat a few inches of rain, but too late to check. My try some bigger water/ponds Saturday, or may just go scout again.
 
Made it out Saturday and Sunday on some ponds for a little blast and cast. Turned out to just be a casting event which is pretty much what I expected. I know there were others in the area hunting but only heard one group shoot each morning.

Finally saw some Friday morning and got a couple woodies. Nothing this morning.
