Versatility of rye - growing in my truck bed!

Thought you guys may get a kick out of this. Took this pic yesterday - this is rye seed germinated and growing in my truck bed in remnents of some wood mulch. Talk about some tough stuff - now if I can just get the deer to climb up in my truck to eat it, that would save me alot of work! Might get accused of baiting however!!!!

I've seen rye still suspended in the air by the stalk and still germinate

I've had some grow on the frame of my 4 wheeler.
