And there are probably more feral horses than feral dogs or cats too, but cows are the problem. You probably won't believe this, but I have battled this baseless claim in the federal system.

Thousands and thousands of acres tied up with horses around me that could be running beef. Absolutely zero need for them except for the 35 million a year spent on them.
