Yeah the had wringing over worrying about my iPhone exploding is a bit much. I like my oddsUnless you have been firing rockets into Northern Israel you got nothing to worry about, lol
Absolutely and imagine how this will disrupt communication going forward. They will be worried about everything. The physiological effects will be as bad as the physicalThinking about it, I assume the only people using pagers are people who are afraid to use cell phones because they could be located, so AKA bad guys use pagers to go incognito. So when the pagers explode most likely be in the hands of one of the bad guys, rather than random strike. Pretty good plan
Then after pagers blow up and rest of the bad guys scared to use, then switch walkie talkies then blow them up. Exactly they will be nervous about smoke singles for years to come. I think most of the reasons the US had such a hard time leaving Afghanistan is because we announced to the world before we pulled out.
2nd wave of explosions for Hezbolah being reported today ... explosive placed in hand held radios.
Go Mossad! Let's get rid of these scumbag terrorists'.
The Dems don’t secure our southern boarder at all and you think they will do anything remotely close to your proposal? I understand your thinking but they will not do this at all until in happens here at home likely it already does but instead of exploding pagers the Chinese are using every bit of technology for espionage. So if technology cannot turn ordinary device into a weapon I will sleep better tonight but this brings up a new concern that Isreal just pulled off. So we import Televisions from a foreign country and they include an explosive device that explodes on July 4th all over America when you turn the TV on. I expect that until this happens we do not have safety protocols in place to prevent this from happening. It seems like we as a country tend to be more reactive than proactive, I mean someone could take over a plane with a boxcutter in the past but that will never happen again but this TV thing is plausible.
the Chinese are using every bit of technology for espionage
I'm surprised too. It should be, and NOW.I'm surprised TikTok has not been banned in the US yet.
