T buds sprouting

Some of the grin trees I t budded last month are sprouting. My first killing frost is usually mid to late Nov though we have had them in late Oct. Will I lose these? I don't know if they'll harden off in time.

Might die back some, probably wont kill the entire shoot if you get an earlier as opposed to a later frost. At this point there is nothing you can do about it anyhow.

If it keeps going like it is so far this month they may grow plenty before the first frost.
